Xperia 1 II is much better than nubia Red Magic 3S, having a global score of 91 against 75.8. Both devices in this comparison work with Android operating system, but Xperia 1 II has the older 11 version while nubia Red Magic 3S has Android 9.0 Pie. The Xperia 1 II construction is thinner and lighter than nubia Red Magic 3S, although both of them were released with only a couple months difference.

Xperia 1 II counts with a brighter screen than nubia Red Magic 3S, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a lot more pixels per inch in the display and a way higher resolution of 1644 x 3840 pixels.
