The Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Explorer is a lot better than the nubia Red Magic 3S, getting a score of 91.5 against 75.8. Both phones in this review work with Android OS, but the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Explorer has the previous 12 version while nubia Red Magic 3S has Android 9.0 Pie. Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Explorer is a notably newer device, and it is also a bit lighter and just a little thinner than nubia Red Magic 3S.
The nubia Red Magic 3S counts with a bit faster processing unit than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Explorer, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the nubia Red Magic 3S also has more RAM. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Explorer counts with just a bit better display than nubia Red Magic 3S, and although they both have a same size screen, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Explorer also has a quite better 1080 x 2400 resolution and a bit better count of pixels per inch of display.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Explorer captures better pictures and videos than nubia Red Magic 3S, and although they both have a F1.7 diafragm aperture and the same 3840x2160 video quality, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Explorer also has a back-facing camera with much more mega pixels, better 30 fps video frame rate and a much bigger sensor which gives a much better photo and video quality.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Explorer's memory for games and applications is very similar to the nubia Red Magic 3S one, they have the same internal memory. The nubia Red Magic 3S features greater battery life than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Explorer, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity.
