Comparison review
Huawei Mate 8 has a general score of 77.4, which is a little bit better than the nubia Red Magic 5G's 75.7 general score. Although Huawei Mate 8 is incredibly older than the nubia Red Magic 5G, it's construction is somewhat thinner and somewhat lighter. The nubia Red Magic 5G has a little sharper display than Huawei Mate 8, because it has a quite better resolution of 1080 x 2340px, a little higher display density and a little bit larger display.
The nubia Red Magic 5G counts with a little faster CPU than Huawei Mate 8, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the nubia Red Magic 5G also has a greater amount of RAM memory. The Huawei Mate 8 counts with a much bigger memory to store more games and applications than nubia Red Magic 5G, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal storage, the Huawei Mate 8 also has a slot for an external memory card that holds a maximum of 128 GB.
The nubia Red Magic 5G has a very superior camera than Huawei Mate 8, because it has a larger diafragm aperture to capture better photos and video in poorly lited situations, a camera with a much better resolution and a much better 3840x2160 (4K) video definition. Nubia Red Magic 5G has just a bit longer battery life than Huawei Mate 8, because it has a 13 percent greater battery capacity.
Although Huawei Mate 8 is a better device, it costs more money than the nubia Red Magic 5G, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as nubia Red Magic 5G. If you want to save a few dollars, you can get nubia Red Magic 5G, and give up a few features and specs, but you'll get the most out of your savings.
