Comparison review
The Xperia 1 III has a general score of 93.3, which is way better than nubia Red Magic 5G's overall score of 75.7. Xperia 1 III is a newer phone, and it is also somewhat lighter and somewhat thinner than nubia Red Magic 5G. Both devices we are comparing work with Android operating system, but Xperia 1 III has the newer 11 version and nubia Red Magic 5G has Android 10, providing you a couple nice extra features and performance tweaks.
Xperia 1 III features a slightly better looking display than nubia Red Magic 5G, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a way higher resolution of 1644 x 3840 and a lot higher number of pixels per screen inch. The Sony Xperia 1 III features a bit more powerful processing unit than nubia Red Magic 5G, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Sony Xperia 1 III also has a greater amount of RAM memory.
Xperia 1 III counts with a very superior memory to store more apps and games than nubia Red Magic 5G, because it has 128 GB more internal memory and a SD card slot that holds up to 1 TB. The nubia Red Magic 5G counts with a superior camera than Xperia 1 III, because although it has worse video frame rates and a smaller camera aperture which is not good for capturing photos and/or video in poorly lited environments, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution and a same size camera sensor, the nubia Red Magic 5G also counts with a lot better resolution back camera.
The Xperia 1 III and nubia Red Magic 5G have similar battery durations.
Sony Xperia 1 III is a lot more expensive than the nubia Red Magic 5G, but you can get a much better phone for that few extra dollars.
