Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi 9 is a little bit better than nubia Red Magic 5G, with an 83.2 score against 75.7. Even though the Xiaomi Mi 9 is older than the nubia Red Magic 5G, it's construction is way lighter and notably thinner. Xiaomi Mi 9 features just a bit better looking screen than nubia Red Magic 5G, because although it has a little smaller screen, and they both have the same brightness and an equal resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels, the Xiaomi Mi 9 also counts with a bit more pixels per inch of display.
The Xiaomi Mi 9's storage capacity for games and applications is just as good as nubia Red Magic 5G's one, both have exactly the same internal memory capacity. Xiaomi Mi 9's processor is very similar to nubia Red Magic 5G's processor, and although the Xiaomi Mi 9 has 2 GB less RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processor.
Nubia Red Magic 5G has improved battery performance than Xiaomi Mi 9, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity. Nubia Red Magic 5G captures slightly better videos and photos than Xiaomi Mi 9, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the same aperture and the same 60 fps video frame rates, the nubia Red Magic 5G also has a larger back-facing camera sensor capturing higher quality videos and photographs and a back camera with lot more megapixels.
