Comparison review
The Asus ROG Phone is a bit better than nubia Red Magic 5S, with a overall score of 77.1 against 76.2. The Asus ROG Phone design is somewhat thinner and just a bit lighter than the nubia Red Magic 5S, even though it was released about a year before. Asus ROG Phone has just a little better performance than nubia Red Magic 5S. Both of them have a 8 GB RAM and the same number of cores.
Asus ROG Phone features a little more vivid display than nubia Red Magic 5S, because although it has a bit worse 1080 x 2160 resolution, a quite smaller screen and a quite darker screen, it also counts with a little better pixel density. Asus ROG Phone counts with a way bigger memory capacity for apps and games than nubia Red Magic 5S, because it has more internal memory.
Nubia Red Magic 5S has a little better battery performance than Asus ROG Phone, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity against 4000mAh. The nubia Red Magic 5S shoots greater videos and photos than Asus ROG Phone, and although they both have a same size aperture, the nubia Red Magic 5S also has a way better 7680x4320 video quality and a much larger sensor taking lot higher quality videos and pictures.
Although Asus ROG Phone is a better device, it costs a lot more than the nubia Red Magic 5S, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as nubia Red Magic 5S. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the Asus ROG Phone, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and buy the nubia Red Magic 5S, resigning some features and specs.
