Comparison review
The Huawei Mate 8 is a bit better than the nubia Red Magic 5S, with a 77.4 score against 76.2. Huawei Mate 8's construction is lighter and thinner than nubia Red Magic 5S, despite of the fact that it was released many years before. Nubia Red Magic 5S has a little faster processing unit than Huawei Mate 8, and although they both have 8 cores, the nubia Red Magic 5S also has a higher amount of RAM memory.
Nubia Red Magic 5S counts with a bit better display than Huawei Mate 8, because it has a just a little more pixels per inch in the screen, a little bit higher 1080 x 2340 resolution and a little bit larger display. The Huawei Mate 8 features a much better storage for games and applications than nubia Red Magic 5S, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal storage capacity, the Huawei Mate 8 also has an external memory slot that admits up to 128 GB.
Nubia Red Magic 5S counts with a greater camera than Huawei Mate 8, because it has a larger aperture to take better photography and videos in low-light situations, a much better video definition and a way more MP back camera. The nubia Red Magic 5S counts with a bit longer battery performance than Huawei Mate 8, because it has a 13% larger battery size.
Although Huawei Mate 8 is a better device, it is more expensive than nubia Red Magic 5S, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the nubia Red Magic 5S. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the Huawei Mate 8, else you can save some money and get the nubia Red Magic 5S, resigning a couple specs and features.
