Comparison review
The Huawei P40 Pro has a global score of 88.2, which is better than nubia Red Magic 5S's global score of 76.2. Both phones we are comparing use the same Android 10 OS (operating system), so you shouldn't see any difference regarding OS features. The Huawei P40 Pro construction is a little bit thinner and just a little lighter than the nubia Red Magic 5S, although they were released only a couple of months apart.
The nubia Red Magic 5S counts with a bit better looking screen than Huawei P40 Pro, because although it has a just a bit worse screen pixel density and a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2340px, it also counts with a quite bigger screen. The Huawei P40 Pro and nubia Red Magic 5S both have similar memory for apps and games, they have exactly the same 128 GB internal memory capacity.
The Huawei P40 Pro has a processing unit that's very similar to the nubia Red Magic 5S one, both of them have a 8 GB RAM memory and the same number of cores. Nubia Red Magic 5S features a little better battery duration than Huawei P40 Pro, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity. Huawei P40 Pro features a slightly better camera than nubia Red Magic 5S, because although it has a lot lower 3840x2160 video quality, a tinier aperture which is not good for taking pictures or videos in low-light situations and a back camera with way less mega-pixels, it also counts with a much bigger back-facing camera sensor which gives a way higher photo and video quality.
