Samsung Galaxy A30s is just a bit better than the nubia Red Magic 5S, getting a 79.8 score against 76.2. The Samsung Galaxy A30s is an older device than nubia Red Magic 5S, but it is incredibly thinner and a lot lighter anyway. Both phones in this review use Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy A30s has 11 version while nubia Red Magic 5S has Android 10, providing a lot of extra features.
Nubia Red Magic 5S features a brighter screen than Galaxy A30s, because it has a greater pixel number in each inch in the screen, a much better resolution of 1080 x 2340 and a bit bigger screen. Nubia Red Magic 5S counts with a little better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy A30s, and although they both have the same number of cores, the nubia Red Magic 5S also has more RAM memory.
The nubia Red Magic 5S counts with a lot better camera than Samsung Galaxy A30s, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is worse for low-light images and video, it also counts with a way better 7680x4320 video quality and a way more MP back facing camera. The Galaxy A30s features a lot bigger memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than nubia Red Magic 5S, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal storage, the Galaxy A30s also has a slot for an external memory card that admits a maximum of 512 GB.
The nubia Red Magic 5S features a bit better battery life than Galaxy A30s, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity instead of 4000mAh.
