Comparison review
The Galaxy A40 has a general score of 79.6, which is just a bit better than the nubia Red Magic 5S's 76.2 general score. Galaxy A40 is an older cellphone than the nubia Red Magic 5S, but Samsung managed to build it somewhat thinner and noticeably lighter anyway. Both devices we compare here work with Android operating system, but the Galaxy A40 has 11 version and nubia Red Magic 5S has Android 10, so it counts with some extra features.
Nubia Red Magic 5S has a bit better processing unit than Galaxy A40, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the nubia Red Magic 5S also has a larger amount of RAM memory. The nubia Red Magic 5S counts with a bit sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy A40, because although it has a little bit worse pixels number per inch of display, and they both have an equal resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels, the nubia Red Magic 5S also counts with a little bigger screen.
The nubia Red Magic 5S takes much better pictures and videos than Galaxy A40, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is worse for taking pictures and/or video in low-light environments, it also counts with a much higher 7680x4320 video resolution, a lot higher 64 mega-pixels resolution back camera and a lot larger back camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors.
Galaxy A40 counts with more memory capacity for games and applications than nubia Red Magic 5S, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a SD card slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB. Nubia Red Magic 5S has a much better battery life than Samsung Galaxy A40, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity against 3100mAh.
