Comparison review
Galaxy Note8 has a general score of 83, which is just a bit better than nubia Red Magic 5S's global score of 76.2. Galaxy Note8's body is lighter and thinner than nubia Red Magic 5S, although it was released many years before. Both phones we compare here work with Android OS, but Galaxy Note8 has 9.0 Pie version and nubia Red Magic 5S has Android 10 version.
Galaxy Note8 counts with a bit better looking display than nubia Red Magic 5S, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a better amount of pixels per display inch and a better resolution of 1440 x 2960 pixels. The Galaxy Note8 has just a bit more memory capacity to install games and applications than nubia Red Magic 5S, because although it has 0 less internal storage capacity, it also counts with an external memory slot that supports up to 256 GB.
Nubia Red Magic 5S has a little better performance than Galaxy Note8, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the nubia Red Magic 5S also has 2 GB more RAM. The nubia Red Magic 5S features better battery performance than Galaxy Note8, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity instead of 3300mAh.
The nubia Red Magic 5S has a much better camera than Samsung Galaxy Note8, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not favorable for capturing photos and/or video in low-light environments, it also counts with a much better video resolution, a lot larger sensor taking lot better quality videos and pictures and a camera in the back with a lot better resolution.
Even being the best phone in our current comparison, Galaxy Note8 is also very cheap compared to the other ones, which makes it an easy decision.
