Comparison review
The Huawei Mate 20 lite has a global score of 76.2, which is a bit better than OnePlus 12R's 71.9 overall score. Both devices in this comparison review come with Android OS (operating system), but the Huawei Mate 20 lite has a more recent 8.1 Oreo version and OnePlus 12R has Android 14 version, providing the user a couple nice extra features and performance tweaks.
The OnePlus 12R has a much sharper screen than Huawei Mate 20 lite, because it has a little greater pixel density, a little larger screen and a quite better resolution of 1264 x 2780. OnePlus 12R has more storage capacity for applications and games than Huawei Mate 20 lite, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 192 GB more internal storage.
The Huawei Mate 20 lite counts with a lot better performance than OnePlus 12R, although it has less RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit. OnePlus 12R takes slightly better photos and videos than Huawei Mate 20 lite, because it has a much better 3840x2160 video resolution and a camera with a much better resolution.
OnePlus 12R has a much better battery lifetime than Huawei Mate 20 lite, because it has a 47% bigger battery capacity.
