Galaxy S5 has a score of 80.8, which is much better than the OnePlus 12R's 71.9 global score. Both phones in this review work with Android operating system, but the Galaxy S5 has a newer 4.4.2 version and OnePlus 12R has Android 14. The OnePlus 12R counts with a bit more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy S5, because although it has a bit worse pixel density, it also counts with a higher 1264 x 2780 pixels resolution and a lot bigger screen.
The Samsung Galaxy S5 counts with a way better processing power than OnePlus 12R, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory and 4 lesser cores (although faster), it also counts with an additional graphics processing unit. The OnePlus 12R features a little bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy S5, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the OnePlus 12R also has higher video frame rates and a lot better 50 mega-pixels resolution camera.
The OnePlus 12R counts with a much greater storage capacity to install applications and games than Galaxy S5, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory capacity. OnePlus 12R features a way better battery life than Galaxy S5, because it has a 5500mAh battery capacity instead of 2800mAh.
