Xiaomi 14T Pro is better than OnePlus 12R, having a general score of 84.5 against 71.9. These phones have the same Android 14 operating system, so you shouldn't see any differences regarding that. The OnePlus 12R counts with a bit better processor than Xiaomi 14T Pro, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the OnePlus 12R also has a higher amount of RAM.
OnePlus 12R has a bit better screen than Xiaomi 14T Pro, because it has a little more pixels per inch in the screen, a quite better resolution of 1264 x 2780 pixels, a little bit more screen brightness and a quite bigger screen. The Xiaomi 14T Pro's storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos is just as good as the OnePlus 12R one, both of them have equal 256 GB internal memory.
