Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has an overall score of 81.6, which is much better than the OnePlus 13R (Rumored)'s 71.9 general score. Both of these phones work with Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has the previous 5.0 version while OnePlus 13R (Rumored) has Android 14 version. The OnePlus 13R (Rumored) has a better display than Galaxy Note 4, because although it has a little inferior pixel count in each screen inch and a bit worse 1264 x 2780 resolution, it also counts with a bigger display.
The OnePlus 13R (Rumored) features a very superior memory for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Note 4, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 224 GB more internal storage. Galaxy Note 4 counts with a much better performing CPU than OnePlus 13R (Rumored), because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory and lesser cpu cores (although they are faster), it also counts with an extra graphics processor.
OnePlus 13R (Rumored) counts with a really longer battery life than Galaxy Note 4, because it has 5500mAh of battery capacity against 3220mAh. The OnePlus 13R (Rumored) has a little bit better camera than Galaxy Note 4, and although they both have the same (4K) video definition, the OnePlus 13R (Rumored) also has higher 60 frames per second video frame rate and a back camera with a way higher resolution.
