Samsung Galaxy Note8 is better than OnePlus 13R (Rumored), getting an 83 score against 71.9. Both of these phones come with Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy Note8 has a more recent 9.0 Pie version while OnePlus 13R (Rumored) has Android 14, providing a couple nice extra features. The OnePlus 13R (Rumored) features a much better display than Samsung Galaxy Note8, because although it has a bit worse 1264 x 2780px resolution and a little bit lower screen pixels density, it also counts with a little bit bigger screen.
