The Xiaomi Black Shark is much better than OnePlus 13R (Rumored), getting an 80.4 score against 71.9. These phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Xiaomi Black Shark has a more recent 9.0 Pie version and OnePlus 13R (Rumored) has Android 14 version, so it gives you some additional features.
