The Xiaomi Black Shark 4 is much better than OnePlus 13R (Rumored), having a global score of 88.3 against 71.9. Both of these phones work with Android OS (operating system), but Xiaomi Black Shark 4 has the older 11 version and OnePlus 13R (Rumored) has Android 14 version.
