Comparison review
Google Pixel 6a is a little bit better than the OnePlus 6, with a general score of 76.4 against 73.3. Google Pixel 6a's construction is newer, but somewhat thicker and just a little heavier than OnePlus 6. Both devices we are comparing here work with Android OS (operating system), but Google Pixel 6a has a newer 12 version while OnePlus 6 has Android 11.
The OnePlus 6 features an extremely better processing unit than Google Pixel 6a, because it has 2 more CPU cores and 2 GB more RAM. OnePlus 6 features a little bit better screen than Google Pixel 6a, because although it has a little worse resolution of 1080 x 2280 pixels and a just a little less pixels per inch of screen, it also counts with a little bigger screen.
The OnePlus 6 counts with a way bigger memory for apps and games than Google Pixel 6a, because it has 128 GB more internal storage. OnePlus 6 features a bit better camera than Google Pixel 6a, and although they both have the same video resolution, the same video frame rates and the same aperture, the OnePlus 6 also has a back-facing camera with a much better resolution.
Google Pixel 6a counts with improved battery performance than OnePlus 6, because it has 4410mAh of battery capacity instead of 3300mAh.
Although Google Pixel 6a is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the OnePlus 6, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the OnePlus 6. If you want to save a few dollars, you can get the OnePlus 6, giving up a few specs and features, but you'll get the most with your savings.
