The LG G8 ThinQ is better than OnePlus 6, with an 84.3 score against 73.3. Both of these phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but the LG G8 ThinQ has 9.0 Pie version and OnePlus 6 has Android 11 version, providing you some extra features and performance tweaks. LG G8 ThinQ's body is newer and just a bit lighter, but also just a little bit thicker than OnePlus 6.

The LG G8 ThinQ features a CPU that is very similar to OnePlus 6's processing unit, and although the LG G8 ThinQ has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit. LG G8 ThinQ counts with a better screen than OnePlus 6, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a higher 1440 x 3120 resolution and a higher pixels number per inch of display.

OnePlus 6 shoots a little bit better videos and photos than LG G8 ThinQ, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not nice for low light photography and video, and they both have a same size sensor, the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and the same video frame rates, the OnePlus 6 also counts with a back camera with lot more megapixels.

LG G8 ThinQ features a much greater memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than OnePlus 6, because although it has 0 less internal memory, it also counts with a SD card slot that supports up to 1,95 TB. LG G8 ThinQ has just a bit longer battery performance than OnePlus 6, because it has 3500mAh of battery capacity.

The LG G8 ThinQ costs a little more than the OnePlus 6, but you can get a better phone for that few more dollars.
