Comparison review

Microsoft Surface Duo 2 is much better than the OnePlus 6, getting a general score of 85.3 against 73.3. Even though the Microsoft Surface Duo 2 is a lot heavier than the OnePlus 6, it's noticeably thinner and also newer. Both of these devices come with the same Android 11 OS, so they should count with the same OS features.

The Microsoft Surface Duo 2 and OnePlus 6 feature very similar processors, both of them have a Octa-Core CPU and the same RAM amount. Microsoft Surface Duo 2 has a slightly better looking display than OnePlus 6, because although it has a bit less pixels per screen inch, it also counts with a lot larger screen and a much higher 1892 x 2688px resolution.

OnePlus 6 features a much bigger memory for applications and games than Microsoft Surface Duo 2, because it has 128 GB more internal memory. Microsoft Surface Duo 2 has superior battery life than OnePlus 6, because it has 4449mAh of battery capacity instead of 3300mAh. OnePlus 6 captures slightly better videos and photos than Microsoft Surface Duo 2, and although they both have the same diafragm aperture, the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and the same 60 frames per second video frame rate, the OnePlus 6 also has a lot higher resolution back camera.

Although Microsoft Surface Duo 2 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the OnePlus 6, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the OnePlus 6. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can buy OnePlus 6, and give up a few features and specifications, but you will get the most out of your savings.
