Comparison review
Nokia 9 PureView is a bit better than the OnePlus 6, getting a 76.4 score against 73.3. The Nokia 9 PureView is a a bit lighter phone than the OnePlus 6, but both are 0.31inches thick. The Nokia 9 PureView counts with a bit better display than OnePlus 6, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a higher pixels density and a better resolution of 1440 x 2880 pixels.
Nokia 9 PureView's CPU is just as good as the CPU in OnePlus 6, and although the Nokia 9 PureView has less RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core CPU. OnePlus 6 features a much better memory for games and applications than Nokia 9 PureView, because it has more internal memory. The Nokia 9 PureView's battery duration is very similar to the battery duration in OnePlus 6, although the Nokia 9 PureView also has a 1% bigger battery size.
OnePlus 6 counts with a little bit better camera than Nokia 9 PureView, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the OnePlus 6 also has a bigger aperture to take better photography and video in low-light environments, a larger back camera sensor providing a better image quality, faster video frame rate and a lot more mega pixels back-facing camera.
Although Nokia 9 PureView is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than OnePlus 6, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the OnePlus 6. If you want to save some money, you can buy the OnePlus 6, and give up a few features and specs, but you will get the most with your budget.
