Comparison review
The Galaxy A8 (2018) is a bit better than OnePlus 6, getting a general score of 79.2 against 73.3. Galaxy A8 (2018)'s design is a little lighter but just a little thicker than the OnePlus 6, and both were released only a couple of months apart. Galaxy A8 (2018) counts with a bit more vivid display than OnePlus 6, because although it has a little bit smaller display and a little bit lower 1080 x 2220 resolution, it also counts with a little bit more pixels per screen inch.
OnePlus 6 has much more memory capacity for applications and games than Galaxy A8 (2018), because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 192 GB more internal storage. OnePlus 6 has just a little better processing power than Galaxy A8 (2018), and although they both have the same number of cores, the OnePlus 6 also has 4 GB more RAM memory.
The OnePlus 6 has a bit better battery duration than Samsung Galaxy A8 (2018), because it has a 10% bigger battery size. OnePlus 6 takes better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy A8 (2018), and although they both have a same resolution back facing camera and a F1.7 camera aperture, the OnePlus 6 also has a much better 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution.
