Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Alpha has a global score of 76.3, which is a little bit better than the OnePlus 6's global score of 73.3. Samsung Galaxy Alpha's construction is lighter and somewhat thinner than OnePlus 6. Both of these phones use Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy Alpha has 4.4.4 version while OnePlus 6 has Android 11 version, so it provides you some extra features.
The OnePlus 6 features a little faster processing unit than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processor, it also counts with more RAM memory and a higher number of faster cores. Samsung Galaxy Alpha has a bit sharper screen than OnePlus 6, although it has a little bit less pixels per inch in the display, a much smaller display and a way worse 1280 x 720px resolution.
OnePlus 6 takes much better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the OnePlus 6 also has a lot bigger aperture, higher video frame rates and a back-facing camera with much more mega pixels. OnePlus 6 has a lot bigger storage capacity for applications and games than Galaxy Alpha, because it has 256 GB internal storage capacity.
OnePlus 6 has a really longer battery life than Galaxy Alpha, because it has 3300mAh of battery capacity.
Although Samsung Galaxy Alpha is a better device, it costs a lot more than the OnePlus 6, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as OnePlus 6. If you prefer to save some money, you can get the OnePlus 6, letting go a couple features and specs, but you will get the most out of your money.
