Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge has a score of 85.7, which is much better than OnePlus 6's 73.3 global score. These phones include Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge has the older 5.0 version while OnePlus 6 has Android 11 version. Although Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge is older than OnePlus 6, it's design is a little thinner and notably lighter.
The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge has a bit more powerful CPU than OnePlus 6, because although it has a lower amount of RAM, and they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge also counts with a graphics processor and a 64-bit processor. The Galaxy S6 Edge counts with an incredibly better display than OnePlus 6, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a higher 2560 x 1440px resolution and a better pixels count per inch of screen.
The OnePlus 6 counts with much more storage to install games and applications than Galaxy S6 Edge, because it has 256 GB internal memory. The OnePlus 6 features a way better camera than Galaxy S6 Edge, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, a same size back-facing camera sensor, a 16 MP camera and the same video frame rate, the OnePlus 6 also has a larger camera aperture.
The OnePlus 6 counts with better battery lifetime than Galaxy S6 Edge, because it has a 3300mAh battery capacity instead of 2600mAh.
Although Galaxy S6 Edge is a better device, it costs a lot more money than OnePlus 6, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as OnePlus 6. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can get OnePlus 6, and give up a few specs and features, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
