Comparison review

The Xperia 5 II has a score of 87.2, which is better than the OnePlus 6's 73.3 general score. The Xperia 5 II is a a bit lighter phone than the OnePlus 6, but both have the same thickness. Xperia 5 II's processing unit is just as good as the OnePlus 6 one, both of them have 8 GB of RAM and the same number of cores.

The Sony Xperia 5 II has a slightly better screen than OnePlus 6, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a slightly better 1080 x 2520px resolution and a little bit higher display density. The Xperia 5 II features a greater memory to store more games and applications than OnePlus 6, because although it has just 128 GB internal storage, it also counts with a SD card slot that supports up to 1000 GB.

Sony Xperia 5 II features just a bit better camera than OnePlus 6, because although it has a camera in the back with lot less mega pixels and a worse (4K) video definition, and they both have a same size aperture, the Sony Xperia 5 II also counts with a way larger camera sensor providing a much better image quality.

Sony Xperia 5 II features better battery duration than OnePlus 6, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity.

Although Sony Xperia 5 II is a better device, it costs a lot more than OnePlus 6, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as OnePlus 6. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy Sony Xperia 5 II, but if you don't you can save some money and get the OnePlus 6, letting go a couple features and specifications.
