Comparison review
Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 has an overall score of 81.2, which is much better than OnePlus 6's 73.3 general score. Xiaomi Mi MIX 2's body is a little bit thinner but just a little heavier than the OnePlus 6, and both were released with only 7 months difference. OnePlus 6 counts with a bit faster CPU than Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the OnePlus 6 also has a greater amount of RAM memory.
OnePlus 6 and Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 count with really similar screens, because although the Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 has a quite smaller screen and a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2160px, it also counts with a just a little higher pixel density. OnePlus 6 shoots clearer photographs and videos than Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the OnePlus 6 also has higher 60 frames per second video frame rates, a larger back-facing camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors, a bigger aperture to take better low light photos and videos and a back-facing camera with lot more megapixels.
The Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 counts with as much storage capacity to store more apps and games as the OnePlus 6, both have equal 256 GB internal memory capacity. Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 features just a bit better battery performance than OnePlus 6, because it has 3400mAh of battery capacity instead of 3300mAh.
Although Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 is a better device, it is way more expensive than OnePlus 6, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the OnePlus 6. If you want to save some dollars, you can get the OnePlus 6, and give up some specs and features, but you'll get the most with your money.
