Comparison review
The Apple iPhone 8 Plus is much better than OnePlus 6T, getting a overall score of 87.1 against 72.9. The Apple iPhone 8 Plus is an older and just a little bit heavier device than the OnePlus 6T, but Apple was able to make it a little thinner anyway. The iPhone 8 Plus features a bit faster processor than OnePlus 6T, because although it has an inferior number of cores and slower and 5 GB lesser RAM, it also counts with a 64 bits processor.
The iPhone 8 Plus has a bit more vivid display than OnePlus 6T, although it has a bit smaller display, a just a bit worse amount of pixels per display inch and a quite lower resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels. Apple iPhone 8 Plus features as much memory for games and applications as the OnePlus 6T, both of them have exactly the same 256 GB internal storage.
OnePlus 6T captures slightly better photographs and videos than iPhone 8 Plus, and although they both have the same 60 frames per second video frame rates and the same video resolution, the OnePlus 6T also has a bigger back camera sensor capturing higher quality videos and pictures, a bigger diafragm aperture to take better low-light images and a way higher resolution camera in the back.
OnePlus 6T counts with a way better battery lifetime than Apple iPhone 8 Plus, because it has a 37% larger battery capacity.
Although iPhone 8 Plus is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the OnePlus 6T, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the OnePlus 6T. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the iPhone 8 Plus, otherwise you can save some dollars and buy the OnePlus 6T, giving up a couple features and specifications.
