Comparison review
The Microsoft Surface Duo is slightly better than OnePlus 6T, with a general score of 78.8 against 72.9. Microsoft Surface Duo's design is newer and noticeably thinner, but noticeably heavier than OnePlus 6T. The Microsoft Surface Duo features a processor that's very similar to OnePlus 6T's processing unit, and although the Microsoft Surface Duo has 2 GB less RAM, they both have 8 CPU cores.
Microsoft Surface Duo counts with a display that is very similar to OnePlus 6T's display, because although the Microsoft Surface Duo has a little worse pixels density, it also counts with a bigger display and a better resolution of 1800 x 2700. The OnePlus 6T captures better photos and videos than Microsoft Surface Duo, and although they both have the same 60 frames per second video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the OnePlus 6T also has a bigger aperture for better low-light captures and video and a much more mega-pixels back-facing camera.
The OnePlus 6T counts with a much greater memory to store more apps and games than Microsoft Surface Duo, because it has 128 GB more internal memory capacity. OnePlus 6T features just a little better battery performance than Microsoft Surface Duo, because it has 3700mAh of battery capacity against 3577mAh.
Although Microsoft Surface Duo is a better device, it costs a lot more than OnePlus 6T, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the OnePlus 6T. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can buy OnePlus 6T, letting go a few features and specifications, but you will get the most out of your budget.
