Although the Microsoft Surface Duo 2 is way heavier than the OnePlus 6T, it's thinner and much newer. The Microsoft Surface Duo 2's CPU is very similar to OnePlus 6T's processor, both have a Octa-Core processor and a 8 GB RAM memory.
Microsoft Surface Duo 2 features a little sharper display than OnePlus 6T, because although it has a bit less pixels per inch of screen, it also counts with a bigger screen and a way better 1892 x 2688 resolution. The OnePlus 6T counts with a much bigger storage to store more games and applications than Microsoft Surface Duo 2, because it has 256 GB internal memory.
The Microsoft Surface Duo 2 features improved battery life than OnePlus 6T, because it has a 4449mAh battery size. OnePlus 6T counts with a little bit better camera than Microsoft Surface Duo 2, and although they both have the same 60 fps video frame rates, a same size diafragm aperture and the same (4K) video resolution, the OnePlus 6T also has a back camera with much more mega pixels.
Although Microsoft Surface Duo 2 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the OnePlus 6T, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as OnePlus 6T. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy the Microsoft Surface Duo 2, else you can save a couple dollars and get the OnePlus 6T, letting go a couple features and specifications.
