Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a score of 98.9, which is a lot better than OnePlus 6T's score of 72.9. The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is a somewhat heavier device than OnePlus 6T, but both of them are 0.32inches thick. Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a little more vivid screen than OnePlus 6T, because it has a higher 1440 x 3088 resolution, a quite bigger screen and a quite greater pixels density.

Galaxy Note 20 Ultra counts with a bit better processor than OnePlus 6T, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra also has more RAM memory. The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra features a greater camera than OnePlus 6T, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is worse for low light captures and video, it also counts with a much larger back-facing camera sensor providing a way better image quality, a back facing camera with a way better 108 mega-pixels resolution and a lot better 7680x4320 video definition.

The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has more storage for applications, games, photos and videos than OnePlus 6T, because although it has just 128 GB internal storage, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that supports a maximum of 1000 GB. The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has improved battery duration than OnePlus 6T, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity against 3700mAh.

Although Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is a better device, it costs a lot more than the OnePlus 6T, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the OnePlus 6T. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, but if you don't you can save some money and get the OnePlus 6T, letting go some specs and features.
