Comparison review

The Xperia 5 II has a general score of 87.2, which is much better than the OnePlus 6T's 72.9 overall score. The Xperia 5 II is a newer phone, and it is also just a little thinner and somewhat lighter than the OnePlus 6T. Xperia 5 II counts with a little sharper display than OnePlus 6T, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a just a bit better pixel number in each inch in the display and a slightly better resolution of 1080 x 2520 pixels.

The Xperia 5 II features a processing unit that's very similar to the OnePlus 6T one, they have a 8 GB RAM memory and the same number of cores. Sony Xperia 5 II features a greater storage capacity for apps and games than OnePlus 6T, because although it has less internal memory capacity, it also counts with a SD card slot that supports up to 1000 GB.

Sony Xperia 5 II counts with just a bit better camera than OnePlus 6T, because although it has a back-facing camera with a lot worse resolution and a worse (4K) video definition, and they both have a same size camera aperture, the Sony Xperia 5 II also counts with a way bigger back camera sensor capturing lot higher quality videos and photos.

The Xperia 5 II has just a bit longer battery lifetime than OnePlus 6T, because it has an 8% bigger battery size.

Although Xperia 5 II is a better device, it costs a lot more than the OnePlus 6T, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the OnePlus 6T. If you want to save some money, you can buy the OnePlus 6T, giving up a couple features, but you will get the most with your savings.
