The LG G8X ThinQ is a little bit better than OnePlus 7 Pro 5G, having an 82.7 score against 79.8. Both phones in this review include the same Android 10 OS (operating system). Although LG G8X ThinQ and the OnePlus 7 Pro 5G were released with only 5 months difference, LG G8X ThinQ is a little lighter and a bit thinner.
OnePlus 7 Pro 5G features a bit better processing power than LG G8X ThinQ, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the OnePlus 7 Pro 5G also has 6 GB more RAM. The OnePlus 7 Pro 5G features just a bit better looking display than LG G8X ThinQ, because it has a better screen pixels density, a higher resolution of 1440 x 3120 and a little bit bigger screen.
The LG G8X ThinQ features much more storage capacity to install applications and games than OnePlus 7 Pro 5G, because although it has 0 less internal memory capacity, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that admits up to 1,95 TB. The LG G8X ThinQ and OnePlus 7 Pro 5G feature really similar batteries performance.
OnePlus 7 Pro 5G features a better camera than LG G8X ThinQ, and although they both have the same (4K) video resolution and the same video frame rates, the OnePlus 7 Pro 5G also has a much larger camera sensor which offers a way higher photo and video quality, a bigger diafragm aperture and a much more mega pixels back facing camera.
