The OnePlus 7 Pro 5G is a little bit better than the Moto G9 Play, getting a general score of 79.8 against 76.7. Both phones in our current comparison work with the same Android 10 OS (operating system). Although OnePlus 7 Pro 5G is older and a little heavier than the Moto G9 Play, it's design is still a little bit thinner.
OnePlus 7 Pro 5G counts with a bit more powerful CPU than Moto G9 Play, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the OnePlus 7 Pro 5G also has a greater amount of RAM memory. OnePlus 7 Pro 5G has an incredibly better looking display than Moto G9 Play, because it has a little larger screen, a much better pixels number per display inch and a way better resolution of 1440 x 3120 pixels.
OnePlus 7 Pro 5G has a bit better camera than Moto G9 Play, because although it has a smaller sensor offering a lower image quality, and they both have a 48 mega pixels resolution back facing camera, the OnePlus 7 Pro 5G also counts with a way higher 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and a bigger aperture to take better photos and video in low-light situations.
The OnePlus 7 Pro 5G features a better memory capacity to install applications and games than Motorola Moto G9 Play, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory capacity. The Moto G9 Play counts with improved battery performance than OnePlus 7 Pro 5G, because it has a 25 percent larger battery size.
