Galaxy A42 is a little bit better than OnePlus 7 Pro 5G, with an 87 score against 79.8. Both of these devices include Android operating system, but Galaxy A42 has a more recent 11 version while OnePlus 7 Pro 5G has Android 10. Galaxy A42's design is newer, a little bit thinner and a little bit lighter than the OnePlus 7 Pro 5G.
The OnePlus 7 Pro 5G counts with a bit superior processor than Samsung Galaxy A42, and although they both have 8 cores, the OnePlus 7 Pro 5G also has a higher amount of RAM. The OnePlus 7 Pro 5G counts with a much better looking display than Samsung Galaxy A42, because it has a little bit larger display, a lot better pixels number per display inch and a lot higher 1440 x 3120 resolution.
