Comparison review
OnePlus 7 Pro 5G is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, with a overall score of 79.8 against 75.8. Both of these phones work with Android OS (operating system), but OnePlus 7 Pro 5G has older 10 version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro has Android 8.0 Oreo version. The OnePlus 7 Pro 5G body is newer than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro's, although it is somewhat heavier and just a bit thicker.
The OnePlus 7 Pro 5G counts with a bit better performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the OnePlus 7 Pro 5G also has more RAM. OnePlus 7 Pro 5G features a bit better looking display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, because it has a quite larger screen, a greater number of pixels per inch of screen and a better 1440 x 3120 resolution.
The OnePlus 7 Pro 5G has a much greater memory capacity for apps and games than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with 192 GB more internal storage. The OnePlus 7 Pro 5G captures greater photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, because it has a lot bigger aperture to take better captures and video in low light environments, a lot better 3840x2160 video quality and a back facing camera with way more mega-pixels.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro has a battery duration that is very similar to OnePlus 7 Pro 5G's battery performance.
