The Microsoft Surface Duo has a global score of 78.8, which is a little bit better than OnePlus 7 Pro's overall score of 72.3. Microsoft Surface Duo is a newer and incredibly thinner device than OnePlus 7 Pro, although it is also heavier. OnePlus 7 Pro counts with a slightly better looking display than Microsoft Surface Duo, because although it has a bit smaller display and a bit lower 1440 x 3120 resolution, it also counts with more pixels per inch in the display.
The Microsoft Surface Duo's processor is just as good as the OnePlus 7 Pro one, both have 8 cores and a 6 GB RAM. Microsoft Surface Duo and OnePlus 7 Pro both have very similar storage capacity for games and applications, they have the same internal storage. OnePlus 7 Pro counts with a bit longer battery duration than Microsoft Surface Duo, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity against 3577mAh.
OnePlus 7 Pro takes greater photos and videos than Microsoft Surface Duo, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the OnePlus 7 Pro also has a back-facing camera with lot more mega pixels and a bigger camera aperture for better captures and video in low light environments.
Although Microsoft Surface Duo is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the OnePlus 7 Pro, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as OnePlus 7 Pro. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the Microsoft Surface Duo, else you can save some money and buy the OnePlus 7 Pro, letting go a couple features and specifications.
