The OnePlus 7 Pro has a lot better camera than Galaxy Alpha, and although they both have the same (4K) video quality, the OnePlus 7 Pro also has higher 60 frames per second video frame rate, a lot bigger aperture and a camera in the back with a much better 48 MP resolution.
The Samsung Galaxy Alpha is a bit more expensive than the OnePlus 7 Pro, but you can get a better phone for that extra money.
