OnePlus 7 Pro captures much clearer photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note 5, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the OnePlus 7 Pro also has a much larger sensor taking more light and vivid colors, higher video frame rates, a back facing camera with much more MP and a bigger aperture.
Samsung Galaxy Note 5 costs more money than OnePlus 7 Pro, but you can get a better phone for that extra money.
