Despite of the fact that the Galaxy Note7 is way older than the OnePlus 7 Pro, it's design is thinner and somewhat lighter. The OnePlus 7 Pro has a bit better processing unit than Galaxy Note7, because it has a greater number of faster cores and a greater amount of RAM.
OnePlus 7 Pro features a slightly better looking display than Galaxy Note7, because although it has a little bit lower pixels density, it also counts with a little bit higher resolution of 1440 x 3120px and a larger display. OnePlus 7 Pro counts with a bit better battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy Note7, because it has a 4000mAh battery size instead of 3500mAh.
