Comparison review

The Galaxy Note8 has an overall score of 83, which is better than the OnePlus 7 Pro's score of 72.3. The Galaxy Note8 is an older phone than OnePlus 7 Pro, but Samsung could make it just a little thinner and a bit lighter. Galaxy Note8 has a screen that is very similar to the display in OnePlus 7 Pro, because although the Galaxy Note8 has a quite smaller screen and a quite lower 1440 x 2960 resolution, it also counts with a bit more pixels per screen inch.

Galaxy Note8 has just a bit more storage for apps and games than OnePlus 7 Pro, because although it has less internal storage, it also counts with a SD memory slot that allows up to 256 GB. OnePlus 7 Pro has a bit faster processing unit than Galaxy Note8. Both have a Octa-Core processing unit and 6 GB of RAM.

OnePlus 7 Pro has greater battery life than Galaxy Note8, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity. OnePlus 7 Pro captures a lot better photographs and videos than Galaxy Note8, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the OnePlus 7 Pro also has a bigger aperture, a way bigger back-facing camera sensor shooting way better quality videos and photographs, better 60 frames per second video frame rate and a back camera with much more mega-pixels.

Galaxy Note8 is a lot more expensive than the OnePlus 7 Pro, but you can get a better phone for that extra money.
