The Samsung Galaxy S25 is better than the OnePlus 7 Pro, with a general score of 82.6 against 72.3. The Samsung Galaxy S25 construction is a lot thinner and notably lighter than OnePlus 7 Pro. Samsung Galaxy S25 has a sharper screen than OnePlus 7 Pro, although it has a lot worse 1080 x 2340 resolution, a quite smaller display and a just a bit worse quantity of pixels per display inch.
Galaxy S25 counts with as much memory to install applications and games as the OnePlus 7 Pro, both have equal internal memory capacity. The OnePlus 7 Pro counts with an extremely better CPU than Galaxy S25, although it has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processor. Galaxy S25 and OnePlus 7 Pro feature similar batteries performance.
The Galaxy S25 has just a bit better camera than OnePlus 7 Pro, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not favorable for capturing photographs or videos in low light environments, it also counts with a lot better 7680x4320 video resolution, a way bigger back-facing camera sensor which gives a much better photo and video quality and a camera with a better 50 mega-pixels resolution.
Although Samsung Galaxy S25 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the OnePlus 7 Pro, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as OnePlus 7 Pro. So if you want that extra features, you can buy Samsung Galaxy S25, otherwise you can save some money and get the OnePlus 7 Pro, resigning some specifications.
