Although the Xperia XZs is incredibly older than the OnePlus 7 Pro, it's construction is a bit thinner and extremely lighter. The OnePlus 7 Pro features a bit better processing unit than Sony Xperia XZs, because it has 2 GB more RAM memory and a higher number of cores.
OnePlus 7 Pro features a bit better looking display than Xperia XZs, because it has a quite higher screen pixel density, a bigger screen and a way better 1440 x 3120px resolution. OnePlus 7 Pro has a better memory capacity for applications and games than Sony Xperia XZs, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 96 GB more internal memory capacity.
The Xperia XZs counts with a little bit better camera than OnePlus 7 Pro, although it has a lot worse 19 MP resolution back camera, a tinier camera aperture, a worse 3840x2160 video definition and a tinier camera sensor shooting lower quality photographs. OnePlus 7 Pro counts with a very superior battery performance than Xperia XZs, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity against 2900mAh.

If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can get the OnePlus 7 Pro, and give up some specs and features, but you'll get the most with your money.
