Xiaomi Mi Note 2 is a bit better than OnePlus 7 Pro, with a 76 score against 72.3. The Xiaomi Mi Note 2 is an much older phone than the OnePlus 7 Pro, but it is somewhat lighter and thinner anyway. The OnePlus 7 Pro has a bit better CPU than Xiaomi Mi Note 2, and although they both have the same RAM amount, the OnePlus 7 Pro also has 4 more cores.
The OnePlus 7 Pro features a much better looking display than Xiaomi Mi Note 2, because it has more pixels per inch in the display, a way higher 1440 x 3120 resolution and a bigger display. OnePlus 7 Pro captures a lot better photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi Note 2, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution and the same video frame rates, the OnePlus 7 Pro also has a larger aperture to capture better captures and videos in low-light environments, a lot larger sensor which provides a way higher photo and video quality and a much more mega pixels camera.
The Xiaomi Mi Note 2's memory to store more games and applications is very similar to OnePlus 7 Pro's one, both of them have the same 128 GB internal memory capacity. Xiaomi Mi Note 2 has a bit better battery performance than OnePlus 7 Pro, because it has 4070mAh of battery capacity against 4000mAh.
Although Xiaomi Mi Note 2 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the OnePlus 7 Pro, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as OnePlus 7 Pro. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the Xiaomi Mi Note 2, but if you don't you can save some dollars and get the OnePlus 7 Pro, giving up a couple specs and features.
