Comparison review
Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro is slightly better than the OnePlus 7 Pro, with a 75.8 score against 72.3. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro is an older phone than the OnePlus 7 Pro, but Xiaomi was able to make it just a little thinner and somewhat lighter anyway. OnePlus 7 Pro counts with a bit more vivid screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, because it has a little bit larger screen, a greater pixels density and a better 1440 x 3120 resolution.
OnePlus 7 Pro counts with a bit superior CPU than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro. Both have the same RAM memory amount and the same number of cores. The OnePlus 7 Pro features a slightly bigger storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 64 GB more internal memory capacity.
The OnePlus 7 Pro shoots much better pictures and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, because it has a way bigger aperture to take better images in poorly lited environments, a way higher 48 mega-pixels resolution back camera and a lot higher 3840x2160 (4K) video quality. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro's battery life is very similar to the OnePlus 7 Pro one.
