The Google Pixel 4a counts with just a bit better looking screen than OnePlus 7, because although it has a little bit smaller display, and they both have an equal resolution of 1080 x 2340px, the Google Pixel 4a also counts with a little greater pixel amount per inch of display.
Google Pixel 4a's storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos is very similar to the OnePlus 7 one, both of them have equal internal memory. The OnePlus 7 counts with improved battery duration than Google Pixel 4a, because it has a 3700mAh battery size against 3140mAh. The OnePlus 7 has a very superior camera than Google Pixel 4a, and although they both have a F1.7 aperture and the same video resolution, the OnePlus 7 also has faster 60 frames per second video frame rates, a back facing camera with way more mega pixels and a lot larger sensor providing a way better image quality.
The Google Pixel 4a is a little more expensive than the OnePlus 7, but it's still a convenient choice, because you can get a much better phone for that extra money.
