Comparison review
The Google Pixel 4a is better than OnePlus 7, with a global score of 82.9 against 71.6. The Google Pixel 4a design has the same thickness than OnePlus 7, but it's way lighter. Both devices in this review have the same Android 11 OS (Operating System), so you shouldn't perceive any differences regarding that.
OnePlus 7 has a bit faster CPU than Google Pixel 4a. Both have 8 processing cores and the same RAM memory amount. The Google Pixel 4a counts with just a bit better looking screen than OnePlus 7, because although it has a little bit smaller display, and they both have an equal resolution of 1080 x 2340px, the Google Pixel 4a also counts with a little greater pixel amount per inch of display.
Google Pixel 4a's storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos is very similar to the OnePlus 7 one, both of them have equal internal memory. The OnePlus 7 counts with improved battery duration than Google Pixel 4a, because it has a 3700mAh battery size against 3140mAh. The OnePlus 7 has a very superior camera than Google Pixel 4a, and although they both have a F1.7 aperture and the same video resolution, the OnePlus 7 also has faster 60 frames per second video frame rates, a back facing camera with way more mega pixels and a lot larger sensor providing a way better image quality.
The Google Pixel 4a is a little more expensive than the OnePlus 7, but it's still a convenient choice, because you can get a much better phone for that extra money.
