Comparison review
The HTC U Ultra has a score of 77, which is just a bit better than OnePlus 7's 71.6 global score. Despite of the fact that the HTC U Ultra is noticeably older than the OnePlus 7, it's construction is a little bit thinner and just a bit lighter. OnePlus 7 counts with a bit superior processor than HTC U Ultra, because it has a higher amount of RAM memory and a higher number of faster cores.
HTC U Ultra counts with a bit more vivid display than OnePlus 7, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a better resolution of 1440 x 2560 and a greater quantity of pixels per screen inch. The HTC U Ultra counts with a much bigger storage capacity for applications and games than OnePlus 7, because although it has just 64 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a SD extension slot that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB.
OnePlus 7 takes a lot better photographs and videos than HTC U Ultra, and although they both have the same video resolution, the OnePlus 7 also has a bigger back camera sensor providing a higher image quality, better video frame rates, a much more mega-pixels back-facing camera and a bigger diafragm aperture.
OnePlus 7 has longer battery life than HTC U Ultra, because it has a 23 percent greater battery capacity.
Although HTC U Ultra is a better device, it costs a lot more than OnePlus 7, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the OnePlus 7. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy HTC U Ultra, but if you don't you can save some money and buy the OnePlus 7, giving up some features and specs.
