Huawei Mate 30 has an overall score of 84, which is much better than OnePlus 7's 71.6 general score. Although it's the best phone we are comparing here, Huawei Mate 30 is a just a little bit thicker and just a bit heavier phone than OnePlus 7. Both phones in this review come with Android OS (operating system), but the Huawei Mate 30 has an older 10 version while OnePlus 7 has Android 11 version.
OnePlus 7 has a bit more vivid screen than Huawei Mate 30, because although it has a little smaller screen, and they both have an equal 1080 x 2340px resolution, the OnePlus 7 also counts with a just a little greater screen density. The Huawei Mate 30's CPU is just as good as the OnePlus 7 one, and although the Huawei Mate 30 has a larger amount of RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit.
The Huawei Mate 30 features as much storage for applications, games, photos and videos as OnePlus 7, both have the same 128 GB internal memory. The Huawei Mate 30 has just a little better battery performance than OnePlus 7, because it has a 14% more battery size. The Huawei Mate 30 counts with a bit better camera than OnePlus 7, because although it has a smaller aperture which is worse for shooting photos or video in poorly lited environments, a lower video resolution and a lower resolution back facing camera, it also counts with a lot larger sensor providing a lot higher image quality.
