The Huawei P20 Pro has just a bit better battery lifetime than OnePlus 7, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity. The OnePlus 7 takes a little bit better photos and videos than Huawei P20 Pro, because although it has a smaller sensor, and they both have the same video quality, the OnePlus 7 also counts with a bigger camera aperture to capture better photography and videos in low light environments, better video frame rate and a more mega-pixels back facing camera.
