The Moto Z3 has a general score of 77.6, which is a little bit better than the OnePlus 7's 71.6 score. These devices include Android OS (operating system), but Moto Z3 has a newer 9.0 Pie version and OnePlus 7 has Android 11 version. The OnePlus 7 captures much better pictures and videos than Motorola Moto Z3, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video definition, the OnePlus 7 also has a lot better resolution camera, faster 60 fps video frame rates, a larger camera aperture and a lot larger sensor.
Moto Z3 is not only the best phones between the ones we are comparing here, but it's also cheap compared to the other phone.
